- Turnaround?
- Notes are returned by email within 24 hours of receiving your transcript, often sooner. Let Susanne know if you need especially quick feedback.
- Refunds?
- Refund requests are handled by email. Once review work has started or notes have been delivered, the fee is non-refundable. If payment is sent but no transcript arrives, a refund can be requested after 7 days.
